2. These terms and the purpose of the website
These terms govern your use of rybridge.co.uk. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
The website explains the Rybridge Partners proposition and provides contact and account routes for businesses and commercial insurance brokers. It does not provide an online insurance quotation, policy purchase or insurance-placement service.
Authenticated broker portal services, lead supply, pricing, funding and other broker commercial services are governed by the applicable separately accepted Rybridge Partners Broker Agreement and associated versioned pricing and Buying Rules. Those commercial terms take priority over these website Terms of Use for matters they cover.
3. Insurance and broker information
Rybridge Partners operates an information-only introduction model. Rybridge Partners does not provide insurance advice or recommend a particular insurance product, insurer, level of cover or broker through the general website content.
Where Rybridge supplies permitted lead information to a broker, Rybridge's insurance-journey involvement ends at that handoff. The receiving broker is responsible for any subsequent fact-find, advice, recommendation, quotation, application, negotiation, arrangement, placement and servicing.
Nothing on this website guarantees that a business will be introduced to a broker, that a broker will accept an opportunity, or that insurance will be available on particular terms.
4. Contacting Rybridge Partners
If you contact us, you are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Sending a message does not by itself create a contract or guarantee a response, introduction or service.
Do not send payment-card details, account passwords, special-category personal data or other unnecessary confidential information by ordinary email.
5. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website clear and reasonably up to date, but information may change and we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, error-free or continuously available. We may update, suspend, withdraw or change parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

Where a separate agreement with Rybridge Partners Ltd applies, including the Rybridge Partners Broker Agreement, that agreement takes priority for the matters it covers.
