The form remains unavailable while its separate launch gate is off.
1. Who we are
Rybridge Partners Ltd (company number 17458703) is a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 7 Bardon View Road, B78 1QR. It operates this website and trades as Rybridge Partners. Rybridge Partners Ltd is the data controller for personal information handled through this website and related business communications unless another party independently determines its own purposes and means of processing.
Privacy enquiries: support@rybridge.co.uk.
2. Personal data we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process your name, job title and organisation; business contact details; correspondence; business/professional information relevant to a prospective or existing commercial relationship; publicly available professional information; broker account and onboarding records where applicable; and basic technical/security records generated by our website and infrastructure.
We do not ask visitors to provide special-category personal data through the current public website.
3. How and why we use personal data
We may use personal data to respond to enquiries; communicate with businesses and broker representatives; manage prospective and existing commercial relationships; carry out lawful B2B outreach; administer broker onboarding, accounts and contractual records; maintain preferences, objections and suppression records; operate and secure our systems; and meet legal, regulatory, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements.
Depending on the activity, our lawful basis may include legitimate interests, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. For a Stage 8 broker introduction, we rely on the separate explicit consent given in the form before sharing the enquiry with a broker. That consent does not cover marketing. Where electronic-marketing rules require consent, legitimate interests will not be used as a substitute.
4. Where personal data comes from
We may receive information directly from you. For B2B activity we may also obtain professional contact and business information from public company websites, professional profiles, regulatory or corporate registers and other lawful public business sources. Indirectly obtained personal data is used only where we have a lawful basis and remains subject to applicable rights, including the right to object to direct marketing.
5. Who we may share data with
We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to service providers supporting our website, email, hosting, authentication, security, automation, payments or business administration, and where required to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other competent authorities.
Where a business gives the separate explicit consent in a Stage 8 enquiry form, we may share the information in that enquiry with one or more suitable commercial-insurance brokers so they can contact the business about its request. Rybridge’s role ends when permitted enquiry information is supplied to a broker. The broker is independently responsible for its subsequent insurance processing, including any advice, quotation, application and placement.
We record the consent wording, privacy-notice version, source and time of capture. Consent can be withdrawn by emailing support@rybridge.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before we receive it, but we will not make further broker-introduction sharing on that consent.
We do not sell personal data as a standalone data-trading product. Commercial lead-supply activity, when activated, will occur only within the disclosed introduction purpose and applicable legal framework.
6. International processing
Some technology suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or a provider covered by an applicable adequacy arrangement.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including relationship management, enquiries, contractual/account records, suppression records, disputes and legal or accounting obligations. Retention varies by record type and is reviewed according to continuing relevance, legal requirements and claims needs.
8. Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Automated decision-making
The current public website does not make solely automated decisions about visitors that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You have the right to object at any time to direct marketing. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect that request.
To exercise a right or withdraw broker-sharing consent, email support@rybridge.co.uk. We may need to verify identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
11. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. We do not intentionally run advertising pixels or website analytics on the current public site.
12. Children
The website is intended for business and professional use and is not designed for children.
13. Changes
We may update this notice as the website, company or services develop. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date.
